Ahoy, Mates!
Yucca Dune, an outdoor adventure store in Valentine has teamed up with the Valentine Yacht and
Regatta Association, and Merritt Trading Post to organize the Star Party Sailboat Regatta, on August 2nd
and 3rd. This is a competitive sailing event with triangular courses, class racing, open-class racing,
prizes, and a great menu! On August 1 and 3, VYRA members will offer rides to the public, and
during the regatta, inexperienced but interested individuals are recruited to help crew on the racing boats.
