Abbreviated Schedule of Events:
NSP 18, July 31st - August 5th, 2011

The center of activity at NSP will be the large tent on the observing field near the entrance to Snake Campground.  Daily activities including registration, field school classes, swap meets, and meal service will be held beneath its shelter.  The exception will be Wednesday, when activities will be moved to the high school in the town of Valentine.

On Tuesday evening NSP will provide a free "Cattle Country" Burger dinner to attendees.  Other evening meals are available for pre-purchase at the time of registration.  These meals include a sumptuous helping of an entrée along with side dishes and drinks, and all are priced at $9 for adults, $6 for kids 10 and under.  All meals will be served from the NSP tent on the observing field adjacent to Snake Campground.  Since the State Park has limited seating and tables, plan to bring your own lawn chairs to the serving area, or you may take your meals back to your observing location.

The following tentative lineup of events is subject to change, but the week will look a lot like this:
