Abbreviated Schedule of Events:
NSP 15, July 27th through August 1st, 2008

Once again this year, daily activities including registration, field school classes, and swap meets, will be held in the city of Valentine.  This will provide attendees with a relaxing, cooled environment in which to spend daytime hours.  The exception will be Sunday night, July 27th, when, for the convenience of those arriving after a long day's travel, Registration & Check-In will be available on the observing field near the entrance to "Dob Row" between 5 and 7pm.

On Tuesday evening NSP will provide a free "Cattle Country" Burger dinner to attendees.  Other evening meals (except Wednesday, when all attendees will be in town for seminars and other events held at Valentine High School) are available for pre-purchase at the time of registration.  These meals include a sumptuous helping of an entrée along with three side dishes, dessert, and drinks, and all are priced at $9 for adults, $6 for kids 10 and under.  All meals will be served on the observing field adjacent to Snake Campground. Since the State Park has little seating and few tables, plan to bring your own lawn chairs to the serving area, or you may take your meals back to your observing location.
