The center of activity at NSP will be the large tent on the Observing Field near the entrance to the Snake Campground. Activities under the NSP Tent are: meal service, night time constellation talks, and door prize giveaways. The exception will be Wednesday, when activities will be moved to the high school in the town of Valentine.
On Tuesday evening, the NSP will provide a free "Cattle Country" Burger dinner to attendees. Other evening meals are available for pre-purchase at the time of registration. These meals are truly delicious and include a sumptuous helping of an entrée along with side dishes and drinks, and all are priced at $12 for adults, $8 for kids 10 and under. All meals will be served from the NSP tent on the observing field adjacent to Snake Campground. Since the State Park has limited seating and tables, plan to bring your own lawn chairs to the serving area, or you may take your meals back to your observing location.
